Songs to Get You Going

As an instructor, I have a variety of playlists designed for different classes and workout types. The right music can make all the difference when you're pushing through a hard exercise or pose, it can reenergize and motivateyou! The songs listed below are currently in my "Rock Hard Bodies Workout" playlist. This type of music is great for high-intensity exercises such as running, weight training or any other exercise that elevates your heart rate. When the going gets tough, I like to imagine that I'm a superhero or a movie character that has to push through this exercise to come out victorious against some imaginary bad guys!
