1. Homemade Granola
Chai Spiced Granola
3 cups organic oats (not instant) 1/4 cup uncooked millet 1/4 cup sesame seeds 1/8 cup flax seeds 1/4 cup chopped pecans 1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg 1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom 1/8 teaspoon ground cloves 1/4 cup diced dried sour cherries 1/4 cup raisins 1/4 cup maple syrup 1/4 cup orange juice
Heat oven to 300F. Combine all dry ingredients except dried fruit. Drizzle in the maple syrup, stir well. Add orange juice stirring so all ingredients are coated. Spread the mix out onto a large, low rimmed baking dish and bake for 30 minutes, stirring checking about every 10 minutes so nothing burns. Add in the raisins and cranberries and bake until the granola turns golden and crisp, about five to seven minutes.
2. Mat Cleaner
DIY Mat cleaning Recipe: 1 cup white vinegar 3 cups filtered water 1 tsp tea tree oil Essential oil (about 10-30 drops depending preference)

5. Homemade Salt Scrub
Revitalizing Salt Scrub 1/2 cup sea salt 1/2 cup oil of your choice (jojoba, almond, olive, whatever) 1 teaspoon citrus zest (lemon, lime, orange, grapefruit or a mix)
Mix ingredients together. Rub on skin while in the shower (avoiding eyes) and rinse off.

Vanilla Coconut Brown Sugar Scrub
1/2 cup coconut oil 1/2 cup brown sugar 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Mix ingredients together. Rub on skin while in the shower, massage, and rinse.

Chai Spice Recipe
12 green cardamom pods 1/2 teaspoon whole red peppercorns (optional) 1/2 teaspoon whole black peppercorns 1 tablespoon fennel seeds 1/2 teaspoon coriander seeds 1/2 teaspoon whole cloves 1 4-inch cinnamon stick 3 tablespoons chopped candied ginger 1/2 cup loose black tea
Preheat oven to 350°
With a sharp knife, split the cardamom pods in half. Place in a pie tin along with the peppercorns, fennel, coriander, cloves and cinnamon. Toast in the oven for about 5 minutes.
Crush spices lightly. In a bowl, toss the spices, candied ginger and tea together until blended.
Spoon into your container of choice (mason jar or vintage tea tin, etc.) Include fill-able tea bags and brewing instructions.
Brewing Instructions tea for one
1 cup of water 1/2 cup of milk 1 tablespoon of Chai Mix placed into a tea bag Sugar or honey to taste
